mini target haul.

Happy September everyone!

Can you believe how quickly the summer has gone by? I feel like it just started. Though, I'm a little upset it's almost over cause it means longer hours at work, I have to start working on Saturdays again, and sunsets are going to be much earlier. Plus, I haven't hit up the beach all summer. I'm totally pasty. It's like staring at Casper the friendly ghost when I wear shorts and a tank top. Haha. But I am kind of happy because the longer hours at work means more money for bills (oh and shopping...) and I won't lose my insurance. Haha. No, I kid. I kid. I'm a little happy cause Autumn is around the corner. It's my second favorite season! I just love the crisp breeze and seeing the leaves on the trees change colors. It's absolutely beautiful. Oh, and I'm excited to go apple and pumpkin picking this year. I plan to actually carve a pumpkin on my own (wish me luck...haha).

Anyway, I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before in a previous post, but lately I've become this wannabe makeup junkie and all I've been thinking about are beauty related products. So, I wanted to share with you guys today some purchases I've made at my local Target recently and thought I'd share my opinions on them. I just wanted to show you the products I use on a daily basis and/or products I want to try out.

 *Starting from left to right.*

----

1. Pond's Wet Cleansing Towelettes
These cleansing wipes are the best. They're great for taking off my makeup at night. My sister Peejay doesn't agree with me on this, but I feel like it does a great job taking off eye makeup as well. I find I don't need to use any other eye makeup removal product. They're also pretty soft and textured, which I feel like has been a big help with the Milia I've been getting around my eye areas. It definitely leaves your face feeling nice and clean.

2. Dove's Visible Care Toning Creme Body Wash with Vitamin E
I saw a bunch of bloggers a while back review this product. They actually reviewed the softening one (the purple bottle) and they had nothing but great things to say about it and so, I decided to give it a shot. I first tried the softening one and it really did a good job at moisturizing and softening my skin after I showered. I felt like I didn't even need to put on a lot of lotion cause it kept my skin pretty hydrated. Then I saw that they sold a toning body wash and let me tell you, my skin definitely feels moisturized and firm after each shower. It smells pretty good too. I haven't changed body wash since I started using this product.

3. L'Oreal 12hr Infallible Super Slim Liquid Eyeliner (in Black)
I've been on a search for the best liquid eyeliner for a long time now and I first heard about this eyeliner from YouTube Beauty Vlogger itsjudytime (she's my favorite!). I've never been great at applying liquid liners cause I never found one with great tip. All the ones I've tried, the tips were either too thick or too flimsy. I decided to purchase this after Judy talked about it and I've found that the tip is perfect! It's looks like a pen and the tip is pretty thin and sturdy enough to apply. The only thing I don't like about it is that it smudges easily.

4. Almay Color + Care Liquid Lip Balm (in Apple a day)
I stumbled upon this blogger who recently purchased this lip balm (in a bunch of colors too!) and pretty much raved about it. I then bought my own and I have to be honest...I love it! It's not at all sticky like your regular lip gloss, but it does give you the "glossy" look. It's also pretty hydrating on your lips as lip balms should do. If you're in a rush, you can carry it in your purse and apply as you go. It's not that pigmented, but I think it gives you enough color. I think it's great to use on an everyday basis. I did find myself applying it more than once within a couple of hours.

5. Goody Ouchless Thin Elastics
You'll never find me without one of these on my arm. Theses are my favorite hair ties ever and have been using them for a really long time now. They're thin and does a pretty good job at keeping my thick hair up at work.

6. E.L.F Studio Makeup Remover Pen
My sister Pam recently got me hooked on this product. This pen is perfect for little mistakes you make while applying your makeup. I've been practicing my application of liquid liners and this has been a life saver. I don't ever need to take off my whole entire makeup off anymore. =) I think every girl should have one!

And there you have it, folks! My very first Target haul. I'm sorry if this was a long one. I figured since I haven't been around, you guys wouldn't care. Haha. Anyway, I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
